| Summary | Under the guidance and supervision of the Director, Development, the Development Specialist assists with strategies for identifying, cultivating, solicitating and stewarding of donors in support of LADD’s mission and programming. The Development Specialists will support the creation, implementation, management and assessment of comprehensive plans to support goals. | |
