Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically about security issues. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as helping to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and analyze security events and incidents
· Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
· Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
· Respond to and investigate security breaches and incidents
· Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and trends
· Prepare and present reports on security findings and recommendations
· Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity role
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques
· Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
